How to Remember Your Dreams Tip # 1
If you are have trouble remembering your dreams, try keeping a small pad and pen or voice recorder by your bedside. As soon as you wake up, stop and think to yourself “What was I just doing?” give it a minute to come into focus. Once you get a ‘hit’ focus on it, no matter how silly it may seem and allow it to expand. Review it in your mind… THEN record what you can on paper or into the recording. Fill the big things in first (I was drivng a car) after you have the big pieces in, then you can fill in the details (it was red and going way too fast. I was missing my left shoe and couldn’t find the brake pedal) .
